What does ”Equal Time” mean in Florida?
I was under the impression that Broadcasting companies such as WFTV and FOX NEWS, must, by law, give equal time to Candidates?

Shouldn’t all three, Independent, Republicans and Democrats be calling and writing both WFTV and the ‘ Facing Florida With Mike Vasilinda show,’ after that one sided showing once again of Candidate Jeb Bush and no one else?
Each should by now be given equal time on any show on a broadcasting company?

Television reporter Mike Vasilinda’s Tallahassee company, Mike Vasilinda Productions Inc., has pulled in more than $100,000 over the past four years through contracts with the office of Gov. Jeb Bush, the secretary of state, the Department of Education and other Florida government entities that are routinely featured in Vasilinda’s widely broadcast stories.

WASHINGTON — In a public move presaging his run for the White House, Jeb Bush resigned from corporate positions at the end of last year. Less noticed: One of the companies where he served on the board, Florida timber company Rayonier Inc., faced a flurry of lawsuits not long before his exit.
One case alleges that a plant in Georgia violated the Clean Water Act and contaminated the Altamaha River, and five other suits from investors contend the company made false and misleading statements that caused them losses. All are active in court.
