Why should you buy/eat Blue Bell Ice Cream?

With all of the choices on the market for Ice Cream, why trust a company that knew for over five (5) years that its ice cream was polluted with Listeria monocytogenes

and yet was still selling their product until being caught?


CDC reports that as of April 20, 2015, a total of ten patients infected with several strains of Listeria monocytogenes were reported from four states:

Arizona (1), Kansas (5), Oklahoma (1), and Texas (3). Illness onset dates ranged from January 2010 through January 2015.

All ten patients were hospitalized.

Three deaths were reported from Kansas.

We know why our government official are giving them the

“Green Light”

especially in Florida but why would?


DOJ investigating Blue Bell Creameries

Prosecutors examining whether company executives committed wrongdoing in handling of listeriosis outbreak

Blue Bell Creameries is under criminal investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice for its handling of the ice cream contamination linked to 10 reported cases of listeriosis, a U.S. official has confirmed to CNN. Three of those believed to be sickened by Blue Bell frozen treats died.

Prosecutors are examining whether company executives committed wrongdoing in their handling of the outbreak.
