A drastic change in our old reliable Cascade Dish Soap, have you noticed?

We in this house have, so I sent off an Email to see “What’s Up?

What I did find is,

Cascade is owned by P&G

along with many other products,

fat chance getting the old soap back!

Cascade, owner by P & G, remover Lemon and Clorox it and replaced them with their own products,

worthless Dawn and some perfume (parfum citron–lemon scent)?

Now it cleans dishes and anything else washed in a dish washing machine,

less than a Wall*Mart Brand!

Some of my wasted Email conversations!

Thanks for contacting P&G.

Thanks for taking the time to contact Dawn. I’m sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with Dawn Dish Soap. This sure isn’t the experience we want you to have. I am glad you let us know and I would love to help. I will be sending this information on to our Quality Team.

There has been no changes to any of the Dawn Dish Soap. Your satisfaction means a lot, and we hope you will give Dawn another try. I would like to send you a money savings coupon that you can use towards a future purchase of Dawn Dish Soap. Please reply with your complete mailing address.. Once I receive your reply please allow 7 to 10 business days for the coupon to arrive via postal mail.

If you ever have any other questions or comments feel free to get back in touch.

We have been using Cascade for more years than ‘she’ wished to say.

I, a retired workaholic, have been using it since we hooked up some 22 years ago.

You are correct, you did not change dawn.

Cascade was changed, you took out Lemon/Clorox,

added lemon scent/parfum citron (perfume smell) and dawn.

Cascade now cleans like the Wal-Mart brand, only Wal-Mart is half the price.
