On Monday a lawsuit was filed in Leon Circuit Court by these voters suggesting Hillary Clinton, not Donald Trump, actually won the state of Florida. The plaintiffs, voters in Osceola and Volusia counties, are accusing the state’s official election results to be wrong due to hacking, malfunctioning voting machines and other problems.
In the lawsuit they are asking for a hand recount of every paper ballot in the state, which they say would come at the expense of defendants including Trump, Gov. Rick Scott and the 29 Republican presidential electors from Florida.

In a press release, the firm said that in addition to the voting problems mentioned above, the disparity between pre-election polling numbers and the vote totals “cast suspicion” on the results. The complaint also alleges that “tens of thousands of illegal votes were improperly counted,” and that there were tens of thousands of “legal votes cast throughout the state of Florida that were improperly rejected.” The lawsuit claims that had the votes in Florida been counted properly, Clinton would have won
